First, the brand store will ship the goods to the warehouse in Shanghai, and after inspection, they will be forwarded to overseas customers

The deadline for the peak season at the end of the year is 20-30 days (there may be a slight delay before and after Christmas)

Compensation for loss:

In recent years, the speed and stability of logistics in China and the United States have been much improved compared to before. Although the probability of loss is small, there are still some cases. If a package is lost or stuck for too long without any response, the order will be fully refunded without deducting any fees, and customers can also choose to resend!
